Harish Amilineni is the Founder and Managing Director of Amilionn Technologies, a mission-critical eGov Infra Tech company built to reimagine how India's governments deliver public infrastructure in the digital age.

Harish founded Amilionn in 2010 on a singular insight: that India's public infrastructure ambition would increasingly demand a partner equally fluent in the digital and the physical. He built the company to occupy a space no one else was serving, the intersection of IT-led digital transformation and physical utility infrastructure, where pure system integrators and traditional infrastructure contractors rarely meet. Over the past fifteen years, he has scaled Amilionn into an end-to-end delivery partner of mission-critical programs for Central and State governments across more than ten Indian states, owning every layer from solution design and systems integration to on-ground commissioning and long-term operations.

Harish brings a rich, multi-disciplinary background spanning deep technology, enterprise building, and public-infrastructure execution at scale. Educated in Australia, he has founded and led multiple ventures across a career of more than three decades, carrying a founder's appetite for building institutions from first principles. That instinct has shaped a company equally comfortable engineering complex platforms and running mission-critical operations around the clock. Today, Amilionn is 4,000+ people strong and scaling as a trusted partner to India, its State governments, and public-sector enterprises.

His conviction is simple: the infrastructure of a modern India is neither purely digital nor purely physical, but both, engineered as one. It is this belief that shapes every program Amilionn takes on, and the institution Harish is building for the decades ahead: a governance-grade technology and infrastructure company of lasting scale, designed in India and for India, with the ambition to help the world's largest democracy build the most advanced public-delivery system of its time.

Srinivas Varma Penmatsa is a seasoned global business leader with 30+ years of experience across IT, ITeS, e-Governance, digital transformation, global delivery, and large-scale operations. As Chief Executive Officer of Amilionn Technologies for eGovernence, he brings deep expertise in strategy, market expansion, program execution, government business, enterprise technology delivery, and organizational growth.

He began his career with Satyam Computer Services, now part of Tech Mahindra, where he held several key leadership roles, including Head of Middle East & Africa and Lubes Head under the Oil & Gas vertical. he helped expand business across the MEA region, managed strategic client relationships, and delivered technology solutions for leading enterprises in the energy and industrial sectors. His experience at Satyam built a strong foundation in global business development, operations management, cross-border delivery, and large-scale client execution.

In his successful professional journey, he spent more than a decade in the United States in senior leadership roles with SAIC, BP, and Computer Sciences Corporation, where he managed multi-million-dollar accounts and led enterprise-scale programs, global delivery models, and strategic transformation initiatives. During this period, he also completed a Global Leadership Program from Harvard Business School in association with U21, focused on leadership, global strategy, and organizational transformation.

Srinivas Varma subsequently served as CEO of eGramIT Services and e-Centric Solutions. At eGramIT, a rural BPO company, he pioneered the establishment of delivery centers in village locations, creating employment opportunities for hundreds of local resources while maintaining disciplined service delivery standards. At e-Centric Solutions, he played an important role in the early stages of UIDAI Aadhaar enrolment implementation, leading large-scale, multi-state operations and contributing valuable operational learnings to refine enrolment methodologies.

He later served as CEO – E-Governance at Karvy Data Management Services, where he spearheaded the transformational growth of the e-Governance business by driving strategic expansion, securing major government programs, strengthening delivery capabilities, and scaling operations across high-volume public-sector mandates.

With proven expertise in leadership, execution, business transformation, e-Governance, digital services, and large-scale program management, Srinivas Varma Penmatsa continues to lead Amilionn Technologies with a strong vision, disciplined execution, and a commitment to building scalable, citizen-centric, and technology-driven solutions. His career reflects a consistent ability to grow businesses, execute complex programs, build trusted public-sector relationships, and deliver mission-critical outcomes at scale.

Kushal Amilineni

Director

Kushal Amilineni joins Amilionn Technologies at an inflection point in the company's journey, bringing a multi-year track record inside the firm alongside professional experience across investment banking, venture capital, and engineering.

Kushal holds a Master of Financial Engineering from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, with a concentration in Finance and Economics, from the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. His academic record is complemented by a rigorous set of professional credentials, including the SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licences, alongside specialised accreditations and hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation, and quantitative analysis.

Kushal began his career in investment banking, first with Bengur Bryan in Baltimore, where he focused on Transportation and Logistics, and subsequently with Q Advisors, where he executed several transactions spanning Fiber, Data Centers, Cloud Communications, and Managed Services, representing over half a billion dollars in M&A transactions. Kushal has worked across Chicago, Baltimore, Denver, and Los Angeles, sharpening his eye for value, attention to detail, and work ethic across diverse American markets. He has also engaged deeply with the venture ecosystem on both sides of the Pacific, as an Advisor to Illini Angels at the University of Illinois, a Mentor with the UCLA Angel Network, and an active participant in the Hyderabad startup community, working closely with early-stage founders on growth, strategy, and capital.

As Director, Kushal brings an uncommon blend of disciplines to Amilionn's next phase: engineering's systems thinking, investment banking's precision on value and capital, and venture capital's instinct for identifying and scaling breakout opportunities. With a builder's bias for long-horizon thinking, he will help shape the governance, capital strategy, and strategic partnerships that underpin the company's ambition to become a defining eGov Infra Tech institution of this decade.

Ranjit Nanady is a seasoned finance and cost control professional with over 32 years of experience in financial leadership, system implementation, budgeting, internal controls, and operational finance management across large projects. A Commerce graduate, ICWA(F), and Diploma holder in Computer Applications, he brings deep expertise in driving financial discipline, process efficiency, and governance frameworks.

He has played a key role in implementing robust financial systems and control mechanisms that improve transparency, compliance, and decision-making. Known for his analytical approach and operational excellence, Ranjit has consistently supported organizational growth through strategic financial planning, cost optimization, and business transformation initiatives.

Chidanand Vadapalli

Sr. Vice President - eGov

Chidanand Vadapalli is an accomplished business and technology leader with 26 years of experience in eGovernance, digital transformation, IT system integration, BPO operations, and large-scale program delivery across India. As Senior Vice President – eGovernance at Amilionn Technologies, he drives strategic growth, business development, pre-sales, tendering, commercials, project execution, collections, stakeholder engagement, and citizen-centric technology solutions.

He has contributed to major national and state-level initiatives including UIDAI/Aadhaar services, ePanchayat, AEBAS, NLRMP, Excise Track & Trace, citizen services, land records digitization, and large-scale digital transformation programs. With strong expertise in scalable systems, P&L ownership, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, he bridges strategy, execution, and revenue realization.

He is a PMP-certified professional, MBA graduate, and recipient of the Chief Minister’s Award for Excellence and Best Project Manager Award.

A seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with expertise in project planning, execution monitoring, client billing, contract administration, and operational governance.

He possesses strong project management capabilities, including resource planning, project scheduling, cost monitoring, risk management, vendor and subcontract administration, and ensuring timely project execution while maintaining quality and compliance standards. He has also played a key role in project cost management and receivables management, contributing to the overall financial health and operational stability of projects.

Recognized for his leadership and decision-making abilities, Vishnu has consistently contributed to operational efficiency, process discipline, and successful project delivery in challenging infrastructure environments.

Ch. Rajani Kanth is an infrastructure and engineering professional with over 16 years of experience in project execution and management across infrastructure and engineering sectors. As General Manager – Infrastructure and Engineering, he has been a key resource in overseeing critical projects across multiple locations.

Known for his strong troubleshooting abilities and project turnaround capabilities, he is often entrusted with managing challenging assignments and complex project executions.
